Refund policy, in plain language
Everything sold here is personal work, not software. The policy is simple because the work is simple.
Detailed Analysis — $149 ($49 students)
- —Before your report is approved: full refund, no questions asked. Email Joe and it's done.
- —After your report is delivered: if the report misses the mark, tell Joe what it's missing. He'll revise it once at no charge — and if it's still not useful, you get your money back.
Coaching Session — $299 ($99 students)
- —More than 48 hours before your session: full refund or free reschedule, your choice.
- —Inside 48 hours: free reschedule once. Life happens; the session moves, the money stays put.
- —After the session: if you genuinely feel it wasn't worth the fee, say so. Joe would rather refund you than have you tell people otherwise.
How a refund actually happens
Email joe@fractionalcsweet.com from the address you used at checkout. Refunds go back to the same card you paid with, through the same secure payment system, and typically land within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. You'll get an email confirmation when it's issued.
Figure Out What's Next is operated by FP Consulting LLC. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; this site never sees or stores your card number.
